Before starting the program
I had incredible amounts of pain. Many years of sciatica in
my right leg, lower back pain, headaches, migraines, jaw pain,
shoulder pain, pretty much everywhere you could imagine I
was having pain, and it was not fun.
When I first started Dr. Anderson’s
program, within days I noticed a tremendous change in my pain
levels. Within a week to two weeks, I was 70% better. I was
going to work, I was smiling, my energy level had changed,
my outlook on life started to change because I wasn’t
feeling the pain that I was feeling before. I was able to
set through an entire day of work without feeling like I was
going to hobble home and everyday it just got better.
Before starting the program I had very erratic
sleep, it would take me an hour to two hours to fall asleep,
and at that point I was tossing and turning all night because
it was very hard to find a comfortable position to sleep in,
and I just never felt well rested. I would wake up in the
morning tired.
Since using the program, I am asleep within
fifteen, twenty minutes of my head hitting the pillow, and
I sleep straight through the night and I am not tossing and
turning. I wake up and this side of my head and my hair is
all messed up because I have been sleeping just in that position
and I don’t even move.
Having these tools in my life, with working
with Dr. Anderson and this program has given me a direction
that I know I can do on my own and I have spend the last six
to eight months forging ahead in my life, and being able to
get through everyday without feeling pain.
I couldn’t be where I am today if it
weren’t for Dr. Anderson and I owe him a huge debt of
gratitude. He has been the biggest inspiration in my life
and definitely helps me to be able to have the biggest change
in my life and I will never forget that. I just thank him
from the bottom of my heart.

Before I met Dr. Anderson
I was suffering from two herniated lumbar disks, which I got
as a result of a car accident. And I had several months of
excruciating pain, where I couldn’t even put a toe down
on the ground without having pain shooting up and down my
leg and in through my hip and lower back. I was pretty much
at the end of my rope, when I went to see Dr. Anderson.
Since doing Dr. Anderson’s program, I have returned
to the gym and working out with my trainer three times a week.
It has only been two weeks, but I feel great. I am able to
do my workout. I am not restricted. I mean I was just sitting
in my house before Dr. Anderson’s program and now I
am out and about and I am doing my life.
Thank you for giving me my life back, I mean it from the
bottom of my heart. I feel that if I had not gotten into his
program I would still be in pain, my life would be truly limited
and the quality of my life would not be where it is today.

Before I got involved with this program from
Dr. Anderson I was suffering from two herniated disks, and some
upper shoulder area like a repetitive injury from sitting in
a bad ergonomic setup.
Since I participated in the program I noticed that my ability
to just walk without experiencing pain, that has been a big
difference. Also my ability to bend and pet my cat again,
or to even just do simple things like cleaning, and maybe
some light laundry.
Before the program I use to have a lot of trouble sleeping
through the night. I would wake up on the average between
five and eight times in the evening. After the program, now
on my best days I don’t get up at all at night.
My relationship to pain in the future is definitely taken
a totally different turn than I thought it would. I was under
the impression that I was going to have to learn to live with
it and now I realize that, yes I may have some pain, but at
least now I know how to manage it, and how to make the tools
that I have been given in the program to work for me and to
make them mine.
Dr. Anderson I really appreciate that you have had this experience
in your life, and that you are willing to share that with
others because it has made such a difference in my life. I
don’t think I could be as smiley and happy today, if
I hadn’t done your program and I am so thankful.

I have been in pain since I was about eighteen
years old.
I was in a car accident at eighteen and I have had back pain
ever since then. It has gradually gotten worse over the years.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis
about ten years ago.
Fibromyalgia causes a lot of just real bad muscle pain, and
that was the first thing I noticed is that the muscle pain
was getting less and less. It wasn’t hurting to just
walk up and down a couple of stairs, and then it has gradually
you know gotten better since then. I definitely have a lot
more energy than I did before and a combination of everything
that I am doing has made a difference.
I’m sleeping eight hours most nights now, which I hadn’t
done in years. I would toss and turn half the night and I
might have been in bed for eight hours but if I really looked
at how long I was sleeping it was more like three or four
if I was lucky.
Dr. Paul has made such a huge difference when I look back
where I was three months ago compared to now. I had pretty
much given up. So I just thank him for everything he has done.

I was diagnosed as having degenerative
disk disease. The pain I have got is predominately from my
back, a pinched nerve and it radiates down my left leg, its
called sciatica. I was experiencing it to the point where
I was starting to loose some function in my left leg, when
I would walk.
From before till after, before I was in a lot of pain, I
had to calculate what I was going to do, when I was going
to do it. Now I am more like the person I was probably ten
years ago and to me that’s a big step forward, because
now I don’t have the pain.
After taking the program from Dr. Anderson, my energy has
actually picked up over what it was before. I am not as sluggish
in the morning. Certainly I have maintained my energy level
throughout the day.
I sleep throughout the night, maybe just with one time of
waking up, verses before I was waking up numerous times during
the evening. I am not a sleep expert, I don’t understand
how this all works but I just feel more rested when I wake

Before I met Dr. Paul,
if I could measure my pain level numerically, saying 10 being
excruciating - I would say that I was probably living with
an 8 with both of these levels of pain in my wrist and lower
back.
There's a point where you just get used to being in pain
and it just permeates every aspect of your life. Whether it's
not sleeping, during your waking hours - it affects everything;
your relationships, how your hold your body, how you hold
your face, through your conversations - all of it.
Before I met Dr. Paul I have to say that I was living a life
of pain management. It's like what could I do to get through
the day without hitting 10?
After going through the program, I would say that on that
numerical scale that I just mentioned - I am at zero. I have
zero pain in my wrist and zero pain in my lower back.

I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
about fifteen years or so. Initially it started out with my
knees and then over time it expanded to my whole body.
Since going through the program, I suppose the biggest change
without a doubt is I haven’t had any of these frequent
crisis episodes that use to come with growing frequency. I
would get a couple of days rest and then they would be back
to back, so that’s disappeared out of my life.
I had not slept well for four or five years. Many nights
now I get eight hours of sleep,
The work Dr. Anderson is doing has made an enormous difference
in my life, and I appreciate that.
